Sabhudhana Vada




Sabhudhana Vadai





Ingredients
Sabhudhana – 1 big cup
Potato – 4
Green chilli – 3 to 4
Lemon – ½
Salt – to taste
Groundnut – 4 tbsp (powdered)

Cooking method
1.      Soak the sabhudhana for 1 hour, boil and peal the potatoes and mash it.
2.      Add chopped green chillies, coriander leaves and salt
3.      Drain water from sabhudhana thoroughly, add the mashed potatoes, lime juice and make a smooth dough. Add groundnut powder for the vadas to be crispy.
4.      Make small balls/vadas and deep fry till the vadas turn golden brown.
5.      Serve hot with ketchup
